In the 7th minute Balazs Lajos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdi Saygın Taykut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rauf Özalp in the 9th minute of play. Abdi Saygın Taykut made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seçkin Öksüzoğlu in the 28th minute of play. Abdi Saygın Taykut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 29th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sabri Elçioğlu in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fidan SK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Hungary's Antal Valentin to fire away a dangerous shot which Abdi Saygın Taykut despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Alemdar Şahin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fidan SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Alemdar Şahin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feridun Vefai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 48 minutes, Fodor Daniel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Thanks to some nice moves Antal Valentin could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Abdi Saygın Taykut however easily saved by the left post. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabri Elçioğlu in the 94th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Sabri Elçioğlu came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
