With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casper Claes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Kartal Başar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Twierdza Osowiec getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Kartal Başar hit a great ball. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kartal Başar in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Kartal Başar notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Belgium's Casper Claes. Casper Claes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 22nd minute, Edward Vanderstraeten left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Belgium fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Kartal Başar took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Casper Claes. Casper Claes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Belgium's Casper Claes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Belgium from getting a goal against them. In the 39th minute Kartal Başar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Hendrickx. Twierdza Osowiec's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kartal Başar was the one to do the kick off. Lenny Clocheret kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Laurens Vandamme hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Marcelo Gay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 64th minute, Kartal Başar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Casper Claes was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kartal Başar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the game, Yves Dervaux recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ricardo Hendrickx. Yves Dervaux showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-4. Twierdza Osowiec's attentive Pepo Orihuela managed to snatch the ball when Simon Sabbe made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. Joško Van Landschoot might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Casper Claes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joško Van Landschoot, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute.
