Spain's supporters rose to their feet, but David Aranda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marko Ööpik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Armageddon made a substitution. Michel Legdeur replaced Manole Miulescu. The audience was convinced that Michel Legdeur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gabriel Ascaso was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. With his leg Marko Ööpik managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Spain's Carles Cherro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 95th minute, Armageddon's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vicente Merino fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 97 minutes into the match, Armageddon's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Ruiz came free, but Marko Ööpik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Spain played a much better game than Armageddon and deserved their victory. The Armageddon players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
