Borys Witek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takacs Tibor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by STAL ST WOLA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. Fodor Daniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After 40 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for STAL ST WOLA! STAL ST WOLA:s Borys Witek showed great skill when he stopped Antal Valentin:s penalty. Hungary's Takacs Tibor got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antoni Bubczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind STAL ST WOLA's goalkeeper Borys Witek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 56 played minutes STAL ST WOLA got a freekick which was hit by Andy Chin. Borys Witek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Balazs Lajos in the 73rd minute of the match. The supporters of STAL ST WOLA booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hegedus Henrik didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, STAL ST WOLA's Roque Pirro got a free kick in the 80th minute. During the 82nd minute of the match Roque Pirro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. Roque Pirro hit a great ball. In the 86th minute of the match, Balazs Lajos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Borys Witek was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The STAL ST WOLA support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
