After 16 played minutes Randers A.F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszko Drozdowski. 22 minutes into the match, Krasnodar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Steenbeck came free, but Oriche Vega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Krasnodar FC's Oriche Vega proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Krasnodar FC from getting a goal against them. 27 minutes into the match, Randers A.F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Mikhail Ignatov came free, but Nichlas Vesterdahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maciej Konieczny struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Oriche Vega didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Randers A.F.C.. 31 minutes into the match, Krasnodar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maciej Konieczny came free, but Oriche Vega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute Leonid Malafeev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nichlas Vesterdahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oriche Vega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radim Gola in the 36th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Randers A.F.C.'s Maciej Konieczny got a free kick in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gennadiy Demyanenko in the 41st minute of play forced Randers A.F.C.'s goalkeeper Nichlas Vesterdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st match minute, Randers A.F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbyszko Drozdowski to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Randers A.F.C. getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Zbyszko Drozdowski hit a great ball. When Leonid Malafeev came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Krasnodar FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonid Malafeev couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Krasnodar FC booed when Randers A.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbyszko Drozdowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Oriche Vega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Steenbeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 59 minutes into the game, Randers A.F.C.'s Nik Frisendal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oriche Vega made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The supporters of Krasnodar FC booed when Randers A.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arthur Shelby didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zbyszko Drozdowski hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. A collision led to Randers A.F.C. getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Zbyszko Drozdowski hit a great ball. Maciej Konieczny recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Randers A.F.C.'s Joel Wiltshire was substituted for Benjamin Vollmaris. A collision led to Krasnodar FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Isidoros Pantelakis hit a great ball. Randers A.F.C.'s Terri Bulk was substituted for Bruno Steenbeck. Nik Frisendal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Oriche Vega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrey Aganin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Nichlas Vesterdahl made a huge save. Nichlas Vesterdahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arkadiy Dorenskiy in the 90th minute of play. Oriche Vega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Terri Bulk in the 95th minute of play. Terri Bulk took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oriche Vega. Oriche Vega dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. There was no doubt that Randers A.F.C. were the better team. Randers A.F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
