After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Savenije breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 21 minutes into the match, Gonzo Style f.c's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Lucas Savenije reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emanuele Bertoni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. Emanuele Bertoni succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 23rd playminute. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Emanuele Bertoni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Emanuele Bertoni tried to chip the ball over his head. Biagio Baciadonne was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 56th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Ulrich Stein's late challenge caught a Gonzo Style f.c's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ulrich Stein helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ulrich Stein hit a great ball. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Gonzo Style f.c's Emanuele Bertoni. But to his dismay, Emanuele Bertoni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 74th minute Lukasz Daszkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emanuele Bertoni went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Frank Sachs who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Lucas Savenije when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Federico Minotti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Federico Minotti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
