Spectators: 2506 (Terracing: 1881, Seating: 576, VIP seats: 49) Leicester Lions's Lucas Darling started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When BK Nerysminne's Andy Gulliksson in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Leicester Lions's goalie prevented a goal. In the 6th minute Andy Gulliksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grant Blacknell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Leicester Lions's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mark Era was slow to take the kick. During this time BK Nerysminne's players had a chance to rest. BK Nerysminne's Josef Johansson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Grant Blacknell in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Denzil Howarth during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Leicester Lions's Denzil Howarth got a free kick in the 10th minute. Grant Blacknell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxim Gogea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Andy Gulliksson came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the BK Nerysminne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andy Gulliksson couldn't finish the play. After 15 played minutes Leicester Lions got a freekick which was hit by Denzil Howarth. After some careless play in the Leicester Lions defense, Maxim Gogea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Grant Blacknell. The Leicester Lions fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Grant Blacknell should have stopped the shot. Leicester Lions's Grant Blacknell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maxim Gogea in the 26th minute of play. BK Nerysminne's Betinho Arantes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save BK Nerysminne from getting a goal against them. Leicester Lions's Benny White shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 28th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Betinho Arantes but with some difficulty. Camron Rhodes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betinho Arantes having to interfere. The Leicester Lions fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Leicester Lions's Lucas Darling looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Leicester Lions getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Bobby Pirés hit a great ball. BK Nerysminne's Mark Era couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 37th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Leicester Lions. Grant Blacknell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Gulliksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leicester Lions's Grant Blacknell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andy Gulliksson in the 41st minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maxim Gogea to strike the kick off in the second half. Grant Blacknell made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Maxim Gogea sent off a good shot on target. Grant Blacknell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Gulliksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grant Blacknell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Gulliksson in the 56th minute of play. Betinho Arantes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Will Patton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucas Darling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Darling in the 63rd minute of play forced BK Nerysminne's goalkeeper Betinho Arantes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maxim Gogea in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Grant Blacknell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Betinho Arantes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camron Rhodes in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxim Gogea in the 79th minute of play forced Leicester Lions's goalkeeper Grant Blacknell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andy Gulliksson in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Grant Blacknell saved Leicester Lions from getting behind. In the 85th minute Lucas Darling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betinho Arantes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grant Blacknell was a little too slow when Maxim Gogea got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 1-3. Leicester Lions made a substitution. Connor Branston replaced Lucas Darling.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. BK Nerysminne walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
