Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked off to start the match. After some careless play in the Esteco defense, Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo. The Esteco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo should have stopped the shot. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 11th minute of play. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by J.P. Hauge in the 13th minute of play. If Lars Meesters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by J.P. Hauge in the 22nd minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Oliverios in the 24th minute of play. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by J.P. Hauge. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 32nd minute of play. Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnout Reekers having to interfere. Gustaaf Groeneveldt might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gustaaf Groeneveldt ran back to his position shaking his head. Esteco's Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. Esteco's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Netherlands's corner Wim Wilmes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo quite easily take care of the ball. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Wim Wilmes put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo. Gijsbert ter Kruimer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for J.P. Hauge to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Lorenzo Boni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo saved Esteco from getting behind. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Esteco's goalkeeper Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 62 minutes into the match, Esteco's goalkeeper Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wim Wilmes. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnout Reekers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Esteco's Celedonio Oliverios was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arnout Reekers in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Robert Perfumo kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 76th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustaaf Groeneveldt to maneuver through the defense. Esteco's Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Esteco from getting a goal against them. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Esteco's goalkeeper Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A nice corner shot did that Gijsbert ter Kruimer got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gijsbert ter Kruimer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Meesters, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by J.P. Hauge in the 90th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathijn Doctor to maneuver through the defense. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbyszko Szpakowski in the 96th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
