Gustaaf Groeneveldt struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Bonifacio Baumer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. With an all-out effort, Enhebrator FC's Arnout Reekers threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dries van Veldhuizen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Bonifacio Baumer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 14th minute of play. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Salvador Procopio in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 19th minute of play forced Enhebrator FC's goalkeeper Bonifacio Baumer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Enhebrator FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Bonifacio Baumer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bonifacio Baumer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Netherlands's Wim Wilmes in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dries van Veldhuizen got free with Arnout Reekers in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 40 minutes Netherlands's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jaroslaw Pacholewski who took care of the corner kick. Salvador Procopio kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Enhebrator FC's Salvador Procopio got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dries van Veldhuizen in the 45th minute. Jaroslaw Pacholewski kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After the first half Netherlands were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Gijsbert ter Kruimer took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Bonifacio Baumer to make any attempt to save it. In the 59th minute of the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bonifacio Baumer was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Bonifacio Baumer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaroslaw Pacholewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enhebrator FC's Alejo Marz was substituted for Salvador Procopio. After 69 minutes of play, Enhebrator FC's Bernard Janiczek made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnout Reekers was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sebastian Veron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute Lars Meesters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bonifacio Baumer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lars Meesters during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lars Meesters hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Netherlands's Bonifacio Baumer threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Enhebrator FC's Bonifacio Baumer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Eikelkamp in the 86th minute of play. Bernard Janiczek took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After a rather tough play, Enhebrator FC's Ramiro Funes Mori got a free kick in the 95th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
