After having played for 11 minutes, Benedykt Perkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Szczakowianka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedykt Perkowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Slavyan Gusev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radowit Ogrodowicz in the 13th minute. Donald Voldfrom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Slavyan Gusev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Slavyan Gusev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donald Voldfrom in the 21st minute of the match. FC Rogers Sosnowiec's Slavyan Gusev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Rogers Sosnowiec from getting a goal against them. Leo Eguzki's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Slavyan Gusev firmly grabbed it by the left post. Zachariasz Poremba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Slavyan Gusev successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiktor Bejrut in the 34th minute of play forced Szczakowianka's goalkeeper Zula Kosiorek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wiktor Bejrut to make the kick off. With an all-out effort, FC Rogers Sosnowiec's Zula Kosiorek threw himself towards the right post 51 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Wiktor Bejrut, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Zula Kosiorek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofil Jakubiak in the 53rd minute of play. Szczakowianka's Zula Kosiorek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Szczakowianka from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the FC Rogers Sosnowiec defense, Leo Eguzki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Slavyan Gusev. The FC Rogers Sosnowiec fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Slavyan Gusev should have stopped the shot. The Szczakowianka supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Rogers Sosnowiec's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Rogers Sosnowiec.
