The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Santiago Diaz Montero fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Obi Wan Cannabis's protests and gave Santiago Diaz Montero a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Poppy FC booed when Obi Wan Cannabis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Diaz Montero didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Obi Wan Cannabis booed when Poppy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Akif Baytugay didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Poppy FC's Latif Hanif got control of the ball when Santiago Diaz Montero tried to sneak it across the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Poppy FC's goalkeeper Latif Hanif had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santiago Diaz Montero. Santiago Diaz Montero let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 17th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. After 22 played minutes Poppy FC got a freekick which was hit by Savaş Pakel. La Cimas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Emrah Aydoğan, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 34th match minute, Obi Wan Cannabis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Diaz Montero to maneuver through the defense. After 35 played minutes Obi Wan Cannabis got a freekick which was hit by Berkay Yildıran. After 36 played minutes, Poppy FC's Savaş Pakel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper La Cimas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Poppy FC reached it. In the 40th minute, Savaş Pakel made a precise shot to the right of La Cimas. Obi Wan Cannabis's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Víctor Javier Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Akif Baytugay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute Savaş Pakel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but La Cimas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute, Poppy FC's Savaş Pakel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. In the 67th minute, Teodor Buitrago left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Obi Wan Cannabis fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. In the 70th match minute, Obi Wan Cannabis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodor Buitrago to maneuver through the defense. Teodor Buitrago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Latif Hanif having to interfere. Obi Wan Cannabis's La Cimas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Obi Wan Cannabis from getting a goal against them. Teodor Buitrago struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Latif Hanif didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Obi Wan Cannabis. When the referee ended the match the Obi Wan Cannabis players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
