Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Robbie Rullhøj got the match started through his kick off. PP Plessydask's Lu Sheng Peng quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gomberto Picozzi, made in the 4th minute of the game. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by PP Plessydask's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sigfrido Auletta was slow to take the kick. During this time Italy's players had a chance to rest. In the 11th minute, Robbie Rullhøj got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22nd minute, Robbie Rullhøj reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Flavio Vittori. The goal made the score 1-0. 28 minutes into the game, Robbie Rullhøj was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PP Plessydask's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Italy the free kick. Robbie Rullhøj hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the match, Porziano Marchitelli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan Abrahamsson. PP Plessydask's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Porziano Marchitelli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Jan Abrahamsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 32nd minute of the match. Zena Busacca kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Holger Hvidegaard struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Flavio Vittori didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PP Plessydask. In the 36th minute, Lu Sheng Peng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. PP Plessydask's attentive Lu Sheng Peng managed to snatch the ball when Eliseo Cutri made a throw-in in the 39th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bertil Lundberg during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 40th minute of the game. One of PP Plessydask:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Italy:s goal. In the 42nd minute there was a penalty for Italy. Sigfrido Auletta stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jan Abrahamsson. 1-2. In the 46th minute, Robbie Rullhøj ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flavio Vittori was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zaccheo Andolina was the one to do the kick off. Siricio Liotta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the game, Holger Hvidegaard was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PP Plessydask's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Italy the free kick. The supporters of Italy booed when PP Plessydask was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Holger Hvidegaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. PP Plessydask made a substitution. Edgar Marques replaced Robbie Rullhøj. In the 60th match minute, PP Plessydask was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Holger Hvidegaard to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute Edgar Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 68 played minutes PP Plessydask got a freekick which was hit by Babe Baadegaard. Zena Busacca took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jan Abrahamsson. PP Plessydask's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, PP Plessydask's goalkeeper Jan Abrahamsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sigfrido Auletta. When Sigfrido Auletta came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Italy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sigfrido Auletta couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, Zaccheo Andolina reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jan Abrahamsson. The goal made the score 2-3. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Marques in the 89th minute of play. Italy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
