In the 12th minute Denis Dostal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loren Prats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vavrinec Holub stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Asdrubal Prieto's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. After 15 minutes Czech Republic's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Asdrubal Prieto who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Atlético de Sagunto's corner Asdrubal Prieto fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vavrinec Holub quite easily take care of the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Xaime Diez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xaime Diez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 21 minutes into the match, Asdrubal Prieto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vavrinec Holub, 3-0. 24 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Froilan Pascual. The audience thought a goal was coming when Asdrubal Prieto got free with Vavrinec Holub in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27th minute, Xaime Diez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético de Sagunto fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Vavrinec Holub made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xaime Diez in the 32nd minute. Vavrinec Holub made an important save on a dangerous shot by Asdrubal Prieto in the 34th minute. Xaime Diez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Asdrubal Prieto got free with Vavrinec Holub in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Asdrubal Prieto didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 5-0 via right post in the game's 46th minute. Atlético de Sagunto's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Asdrubal Prieto made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Daniel Vitek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xaime Diez during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Xaime Diez hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Xaime Diez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Vavrinec Holub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Adán Treviño left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético de Sagunto fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asdrubal Prieto, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by Czech Republic's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Asdrubal Prieto was slow to take the kick. During this time Atlético de Sagunto's players had a chance to rest. Dalimil Charvat tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Vavrinec Holub. An unnecessary self made goal, 7-0 in the 62nd minute. Vavrinec Holub came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético de Sagunto's Adán Treviño. But to his dismay, Adán Treviño quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xaime Diez in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vavrinec Holub prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Atlético de Sagunto's Marc Cucurull got a free kick in the 69th minute. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Asdrubal Prieto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute, Atlético de Sagunto's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alan Rezek fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 74th minute Xaime Diez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Loren Prats showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Dostal in the 75th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Asdrubal Prieto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético de Sagunto fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. Asdrubal Prieto might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vavrinec Holub. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Asdrubal Prieto ran back to his position shaking his head. After 82 minutes of play, Atlético de Sagunto's Xaime Diez made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vavrinec Holub was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Asdrubal Prieto in the 85th minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Xaime Diez notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Czech Republic's zone, Froilan Pascual stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vavrinec Holub came out of the goal and Froilan Pascual tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the match, Asdrubal Prieto notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee ended the match the Atlético de Sagunto players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
