Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zaccheo Andolina in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Primo Speranza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Italy's Porziano Marchitelli suffered a sore thigh after 4 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 5th match minute, Cormoranii -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Enceanu to maneuver through the defense. Tony Chaves got a throw-in 7 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gábor Takács. Elce Teleagă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Vittori having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carmine Gargano got free with Flavio Vittori in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Elce Teleagă took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Flavio Vittori to make any attempt to save it. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Primo Speranza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Primo Speranza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 29th minute of the match. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Primo Speranza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Primo Speranza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Zaccheo Andolina took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Primo Speranza. Primo Speranza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 43 minutes into the match, Cormoranii -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Primo Speranza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Primo Speranza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 47th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 52ndth minute of the game Elce Teleagă who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Italy's Flavio Vittori was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 56th minute of play forced Cormoranii -MM-'s goalkeeper Primo Speranza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezmi Hececi in the 72nd minute of play. Cormoranii -MM-'s Godfredo Elazar was substituted for Gábor Takács. Cormoranii -MM-'s Charles-Emmanuel Caux was substituted for Cezmi Hececi. A sloppy throw-in by Tony Chaves in the 75th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Italy's Siricio Liotta. Godfredo Elazar scored 3-1 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavio Vittori, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cormoranii -MM- made a substitution. Dobrin Cormoran replaced Godfredo Elazar. Cormoranii -MM- were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Italy for a fine match.
