Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After 5 played minutes Switzerland got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo von Känel. Antônio Paraibano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Maurer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute of the match, Marcelinho Antunes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hias Nüssli saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Maurer in the 16th minute of play forced SNIPER's goalkeeper Antônio Paraibano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of SNIPER booed when Switzerland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Maurer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antônio Paraibano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuele Kunz, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Luís Gustavo Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hias Nüssli having to interfere. When Jacinto Maurer fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Switzerland's protests and gave Jacinto Maurer a yellow card for diving instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacinto Maurer in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antônio Paraibano saved SNIPER from getting behind. In the 39th minute, Leonel Catarinense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Samuele Kunz came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Switzerland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuele Kunz couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Maurer in the 42nd minute of play forced SNIPER's goalkeeper Antônio Paraibano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Switzerland's Jacinto Maurer in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SNIPER's goalie prevented a goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samuele Kunz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Betão Valadares in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hias Nüssli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, SNIPER's Antônio Paraibano got control of the ball when Jacinto Maurer tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, SNIPER's Luizinho Souza got a free kick in the 55th minute. Samuele Kunz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antônio Paraibano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. In the 76th minute Samuele Kunz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antônio Paraibano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Switzerland's zone, Marcelinho Antunes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hias Nüssli came out of the goal and Marcelinho Antunes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hias Nüssli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betão Valadares in the 85th minute of the match. SNIPER's Antônio Paraibano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Maurer in the 86th minute of play. Samuele Kunz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Antônio Paraibano made a huge save. Samuele Kunz struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Antônio Paraibano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Switzerland.
