Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Armando Larizza came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Denmark's Chris Nygaard. But to his dismay, Chris Nygaard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Keld Paulsen made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Aloísio Lima sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Bjarne Kirkegaard hit a great ball. After having played for 9 minutes, Aloísio Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. OldHighburyInvincibles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aloísio Lima was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 10thth minute of the game Feliks Sikola who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Denmark's Keld Paulsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mikkel Wulff struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Armando Larizza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. Armando Larizza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 16th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, OldHighburyInvincibles's Fernandinho Trancoso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Keld Paulsen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Denmark's zone, Feliks Sikola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal and Feliks Sikola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to OldHighburyInvincibles getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Feliks Sikola hit a great ball. Armando Larizza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Ian Stam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amos Arcangeli hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Armando Larizza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Larizza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, OldHighburyInvincibles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernandinho Trancoso to maneuver through the defense. Bjarne Kirkegaard kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The OldHighburyInvincibles players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Denmark were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Aloísio Lima made the kick off in the second half. Denmark's Simon Bendtsen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Armando Fabiani in the 52 minute of the game. 53 minutes into the game, Denmark's Chris Nygaard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Armando Larizza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernandinho Trancoso in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute OldHighburyInvincibles were awarded a corner. Ian Stam went to the cornerflag to take it. Ian Stam made a great header on OldHighburyInvincibles's corner, it was just that Denmark's Keld Paulsen managed to reach the ball for a save. 60 minutes into the game, Chris Nygaard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Armando Larizza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliks Sikola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lars Steen's late challenge caught a OldHighburyInvincibles's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lars Steen helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Lars Steen got a free kick in the 66th minute. OldHighburyInvincibles's Aloísio Lima got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 70th minute of the game Frank Di Cristofaro made a throw-in which Aloísio Lima played forward. In the 71st minute Aloísio Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by OldHighburyInvincibles's Aloísio Lima. But to his dismay, Aloísio Lima quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 76th minute, Bertram Svenningsen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Denmark defense, Fernandinho Trancoso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Keld Paulsen. The Denmark fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keld Paulsen should have stopped the shot. Denmark's Mikkel Wulff got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match was over Denmark could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than OldHighburyInvincibles throughout the match.
