With a little luck, Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub got control of the ball when Samuel Namasivayam tried to sneak it across the goal line. Samuel Namasivayam's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vavrinec Holub read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Czech Republic from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Namasivayam in the 12th minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Svatopluk Capek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Czech Republic's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Samba Fotboll U21 the free kick. Samuel Namasivayam struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Vavrinec Holub didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samba Fotboll U21. The Samba Fotboll U21 fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Samba Fotboll U21's Samuel Namasivayam looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Namasivayam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute Samuel Namasivayam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuel Namasivayam had several of the Czech Republic's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 41 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Vavrinec Holub as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 47th minute of the match, Jurand Moryl sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Vavrinec Holub showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Namasivayam in the 59th minute of the match. Samuel Namasivayam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 63 minutes into the game, Czech Republic's Erik Jilek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ronnie Meck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Samba Fotboll U21's Ioseba Ramirez managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Svatopluk Capek in the 70 minute of the game. After 73 played minutes, Samba Fotboll U21's Elias Meck shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Samba Fotboll U21 reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Namasivayam in the 77th minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samuel Namasivayam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vavrinec Holub came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Samba Fotboll U21's Ioseba Ramirez. But to his dismay, Ioseba Ramirez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Ronnie Meck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erik Jilek in the 83rd minute. In the 86th minute, Samuel Namasivayam ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vavrinec Holub was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Namasivayam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Namasivayam in the 93rd minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samba Fotboll U21 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
