Dan Junilă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Mendonça in the 4th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Nychyporivka Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Cristóvão Ribeiro came free, but Dan Junilă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Thad Castle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thad Castle got free with Eduardo Baiano in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Jaime Rodrigues fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Inter Gala's protests and gave Jaime Rodrigues a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th match minute, Inter Gala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. Dan Junilă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Rodrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Eduardo Baiano was a little too slow when Thad Castle got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 1-0. Eduardo Baiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thad Castle in the 26th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Thad Castle took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Eduardo Baiano to make any attempt to save it. In the 34th minute, Sérgio Novaes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the match, Thad Castle dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eduardo Baiano, 3-0. 43 minutes into the match, Nychyporivka Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Mendonça came free, but Dan Junilă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Nychyporivka Ψ's Thad Castle ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eduardo Baiano. Eduardo Baiano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thad Castle to strike the kick off in the second half. Thad Castle blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eduardo Baiano having to make a save. In the 55th minute Thad Castle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Baiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dan Junilă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heinz Stalder in the 57th minute of play. Eduardo Baiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 鲁枫烽 in the 65th minute of the match. Eduardo Baiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duncan Hatfield, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Inter Gala made a substitution. Dênis Cavalcante replaced Alfredão Brasil. After 69 minutes Inter Gala's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hasan Özpolat who took care of the corner kick. Dan Junilă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heinz Stalder in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute Thad Castle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Baiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Inter Gala's Edgar Souto fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. With a little luck, Nychyporivka Ψ's Dan Junilă got control of the ball when Edgar Souto tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Inter Gala's Sérgio Novaes got a free kick in the 78th minute. Edgar Souto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Dan Junilă made a huge save. In the 84th minute, Duncan Hatfield ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eduardo Baiano was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heinz Stalder in the 95th minute of play forced Nychyporivka Ψ's goalkeeper Dan Junilă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Nychyporivka Ψ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Inter Gala had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
