The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zdzislaw Domarecki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Achim Mauermann's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Şahap Cezar charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Şahap Cezar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Şahap Cezar hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute Şahap Cezar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niko Klöck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th match minute, FC Hollywood was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johan Himmelmann to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to FC Hollywood getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Steffen Natusch hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Hollywood's zone, Wojciech Barycz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niko Klöck came out of the goal and Wojciech Barycz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 22 minutes into the game, Zbyszko Lech was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Onyx's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Hollywood the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Onyx's zone, Achim Mauermann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zdzislaw Domarecki came out of the goal and Achim Mauermann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Achim Mauermann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zdzislaw Domarecki was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Steffen Natusch kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Jurand Jaraczeski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Niko Klöck made a huge save. Onyx's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Şahap Cezar in the 44th minute.

Niko Klöck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wojciech Barycz, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Jurand Jaraczeski took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niko Klöck. Niko Klöck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After some careless play in the FC Hollywood defense, Şahap Cezar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niko Klöck. The FC Hollywood fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niko Klöck should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Jurand Jaraczeski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niko Klöck was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Niko Klöck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şahap Cezar in the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute of the match Onyx got a corner. FC Hollywood's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Şahap Cezar ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Emrys Hannah got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Niko Klöck quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 72 minutes into the game, Onyx's Şahap Cezar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niko Klöck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Niko Klöck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emrys Hannah, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 82nd match minute, Onyx was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şahap Cezar to maneuver through the defense. After 85 played minutes FC Hollywood got a freekick which was hit by Bernd Reffelmann. Niko Klöck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wojciech Barycz in the 86th minute of the match. Niko Klöck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wojciech Barycz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the game, Jurand Jaraczeski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Niko Klöck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
