Eduardo Baiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from C.J. McCollum, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Hermengildo Iruinea hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

Marco Santo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Rodrigues in the 62nd minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Inter Gala's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Lleir came free, but Eduardo Baiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgar Souto got free with Marco Santo in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Morteros's Marco Santo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Morteros from getting a goal against them. Inter Gala made a substitution. Donato Capixaba replaced Karl-Magnus Biörkquist. C.J. McCollum kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Inter Gala's zone, Hermengildo Iruinea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Baiano came out of the goal and Hermengildo Iruinea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
