PoWer SC 2K5's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Klose was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ovidio Ritchie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugon Pilitowski in the 18th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Vila Industrial FC's Hugon Pilitowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ovidio Ritchie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 25th minute, Hugon Pilitowski made a precise shot to the right of Ovidio Ritchie. PoWer SC 2K5's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Hugon Pilitowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vila Industrial FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugon Pilitowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidio Ritchie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. César Boldrini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Magath in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Vila Industrial FC's Hugon Pilitowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ovidio Ritchie narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabian Magath was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugon Pilitowski in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ovidio Ritchie saved PoWer SC 2K5 from getting behind. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by PoWer SC 2K5's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rodolfo Vianna was slow to take the kick. During this time Vila Industrial FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Paulinho de Queiroz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ovidio Ritchie quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 57th match minute, PoWer SC 2K5 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Götze to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, PoWer SC 2K5's goal looked a bit too open when Hugon Pilitowski came free, but Ovidio Ritchie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, PoWer SC 2K5's Michael Götze got a free kick in the 60th minute. PoWer SC 2K5's Ovidio Ritchie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save PoWer SC 2K5 from getting a goal against them. Yao Song Kun kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. When Björn Gruber fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PoWer SC 2K5's protests and gave Björn Gruber a yellow card for diving instead. In the 73rd match minute, PoWer SC 2K5 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Björn Gruber to maneuver through the defense. Vila Industrial FC's Roberto Cibran managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Michael Götze in the 91 minute of the game. A well placed Hugon Pilitowski short distance shot in the 91st minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. The PoWer SC 2K5 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Vila Industrial FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
