CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Isak Lundqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute Michaël Guillot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Ascaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Ascaso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michaël Guillot in the 24th minute of play. In the 31st minute of the match CWKS KĘDZIERZYN got a corner. Spain's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tymoteusz Wierzcholek ran over to the corner to take the kick. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Gabriel Ascaso successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Michaël Guillot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Niculae Romanescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adria Bielsa in the 42nd minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Tymoteusz Wierzcholek hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Niculae Romanescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adria Bielsa in the 67th minute of play. Niculae Romanescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adria Bielsa in the 68th minute of the match. The supporters of Spain booed when CWKS KĘDZIERZYN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateusz Klich didn't get a good kick on the ball. CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Jacek Bąk was substituted for Zula Puch. Adria Bielsa was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 74th played minute, shot the ball from way out. In the 96th minute Carles Cherro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niculae Romanescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Spain had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
