After a rather tough play, -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Iona Tudora got a free kick in the 9th minute. The supporters of -BZF- Valea Buzăului booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Krakouer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute, Edgar Cosoreanu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tommy Kahn. The goal made the score 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Edgar Cosoreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgar Cosoreanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 22 minutes into the match, Albin Holweck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maxim Zdrăilă. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albin Holweck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 27th minute, Edgar Cosoreanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The -BZF- Valea Buzăului fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 30th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malte Schiele to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Ioan Tudora from long distance, 31 minutes into the match, got Tommy Kahn's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Germany's attentive Adrian Dreifuss managed to snatch the ball when Călin Popârcea made a throw-in in the 35th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgar Cosoreanu got free with Tommy Kahn in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 38 minutes into the game, Adrian Dreifuss was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave -BZF- Valea Buzăului the free kick. 39 minutes into the match, Edgar Cosoreanu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tommy Kahn, 3-1. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosmin Iancu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

-BZF- Valea Buzăului's Edgar Cosoreanu got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgar Cosoreanu in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Frank Sachs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Maxim Zdrăilă made a huge save. In the 57th match minute, -BZF- Valea Buzăului was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Călin Popârcea to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgar Cosoreanu in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. If Cosmin Iancu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Călin Popârcea made in the 86th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Edgar Cosoreanu. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Malte Schiele hit a great ball. After 90 played minutes, -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Ioan Tudora shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tommy Kahn came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in -BZF- Valea Buzăului reached it. Malte Schiele charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Malte Schiele the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. The -BZF- Valea Buzăului fans cheered their team off the field, for while Germany had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
