To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hungary's Major Barna got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. Maní FC's Pascual Pitin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hegedus Henrik in the 55th minute of play. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gabriel Hauche's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. With a little luck, Maní FC's Pascual Pitin got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pascual Pitin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Major Barna showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 58 minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Hauche came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aurelio Errolan during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Hungary booed when Maní FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Errolan didn't get a good kick on the ball.
