Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off which started today's match. Bengi Price made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 7th minute of play. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Lars Meesters got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bengi Price quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Bengi Price made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Gijsbert ter Kruimer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s Bengi Price did a great save. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bengi Price took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s Bengi Price played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 16th minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Gijsbert ter Kruimer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Bengi Price was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Gustaaf Groeneveldt came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustaaf Groeneveldt couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Wim Wilmes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Wim Wilmes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bengi Price breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bengi Price showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Sedeni in the 33rd minute of the match. Bengi Price made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Meesters in the 38th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Lars Meesters managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Lars Meesters was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bengi Price breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s Bengi Price played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 42nd minute of play. Edgard Sedeni's late challenge caught a Netherlands's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgard Sedeni helped the player get up and apologised. After 44 played minutes Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖ got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Sedeni. Bengi Price came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt. But to his dismay, Gustaaf Groeneveldt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After the first half Netherlands were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saverio Sindo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Netherlands fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Guillermo Dominic fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s protests and gave Guillermo Dominic a yellow card for diving instead. Guillermo Dominic kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bengi Price breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bengi Price was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wim Wilmes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 63 minute of play. 70 minutes in the game, Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Bengi Price having to interfere. Wim Wilmes struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Bengi Price didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. Edgard Sedeni was shown his second yellow card after 72 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Edgard Sedeni hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bengi Price made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. With a little luck, Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s Bengi Price got control of the ball when Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Bengi Price tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Netherlands fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gijsbert ter Kruimer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gustaaf Groeneveldt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Bengi Price when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bengi Price made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 95th minute of play. Netherlands played a much better game than Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖ and deserved their victory. The Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
