Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Zaccheo Andolina started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Eliseo Cutri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 5 minutes into the match, Sliema Dragons FC's Kim Bolas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Vittori narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The throw-in from Fabian Duca in the 9th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Italy's Eliseo Cutri. A collision led to Italy getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Eliseo Cutri hit a great ball. Mike Axisa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Porziano Marchitelli in the 12th minute of play. Zaccheo Andolina took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mike Axisa. Mike Axisa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Mike Axisa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kim Bolas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 27th minute of play forced Sliema Dragons FC's goalkeeper Mike Axisa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mike Axisa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sigfrido Auletta went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Mike Axisa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigfrido Auletta in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Sigfrido Auletta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Italy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Kim Bolas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Kim Bolas made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Sliema Dragons FC's Giovanni Demicoli got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 58 minutes into the match, Sliema Dragons FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Mike Axisa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 60th minute of play forced Sliema Dragons FC's goalkeeper Mike Axisa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sliema Dragons FC made a substitution. Dejan Cassar replaced Kim Bolas. Sliema Dragons FC made a substitution. Gábor Illés replaced 周斐俊. The audience thought a goal was coming when Porziano Marchitelli got free with Mike Axisa in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dejan Cassar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, Zaccheo Andolina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mike Axisa. Sliema Dragons FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zaccheo Andolina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Mike Axisa was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Zaccheo Andolina capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zaccheo Andolina really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Edinho de Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Mike Axisa acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 92nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Siricio Liotta. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edinho de Queirós during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Porziano Marchitelli missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 96 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Mike Axisa right hand side. When the match was over Italy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sliema Dragons FC throughout the match.
