The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Roland Czerniejewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takacs Tibor in the 2nd minute of play. In the 6thth minute of the game Gwidon Patora who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Roland Czerniejewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 7th minute of the match. If Gwidon Patora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edward Oliszewski during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th match minute, Veth Crystals was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Oliszewski to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Katona Janos got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute, Bartosz Lizewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fodor Daniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 27th match minute, Veth Crystals was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofil Zagrobelny to maneuver through the defense. Fodor Daniel didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Veth Crystals's Gwidon Patora shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. Veth Crystals's Roland Czerniejewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Veth Crystals from getting a goal against them. Balazs Lajos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Czerniejewski having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Olgierd Ziemniak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Many of Hungary's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Hungary may have spent more time on the ball, but Veth Crystals were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
