England's Khalid Kennedy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Reyes in the 2nd minute of play. Manoel Xavier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Khalid Kennedy made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eddie Willis during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th minute, Eddie Willis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Leopoldo Ladio took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Khalid Kennedy to make any attempt to save it. 18 minutes into the match, Kyle Cox notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Hydra's Orlando Chepe. Orlando Chepe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 23rd match minute, Hydra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manoel Xavier to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute Federico Avila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Kennedy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of England booed when Hydra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruben Reyes didn't get a good kick on the ball. England's Issac Dawson got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Kyle Cox made a precise shot to the right of Orlando Chepe. Hydra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 38 minutes into the match, England's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Ladio came free, but Khalid Kennedy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Kyle Cox hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th match minute, England was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Micah Macdonald to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Issac Dawson in the 52nd minute of play forced Hydra's goalkeeper Orlando Chepe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute of the match England got a corner. Hydra's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Micah Macdonald ran over to the corner to take the kick. 54 minutes into the game, Federico Avila cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Khalid Kennedy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to England getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Cooper Thompson hit a great ball. In the 61st minute of the match Federico Avila sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Khalid Kennedy skillfully saved the ball. Kyle Cox received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Orlando Chepe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, England's goal looked a bit too open when Manoel Xavier came free, but Khalid Kennedy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hydra's Kris Longden got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Caelan Hayes took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orlando Chepe. Orlando Chepe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Khalid Kennedy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manoel Xavier in the 79th minute of the match. Khalid Kennedy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Avila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Issac Dawson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 86 minutes of play, Hydra's Ruben Reyes made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Khalid Kennedy was left in no man's land by his defense there! 89 minutes into the match, Mario Emmanuel notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of England's Khalid Kennedy. Khalid Kennedy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Hydra fully deserved thier win.
