Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off. Antal Valentin made a great header on Hungary's corner, it was just that Foot Ball Club di Roma's Dino Di Luca managed to reach the ball for a save. 15 minutes into the match, Foot Ball Club di Roma's goal looked a bit too open when Takacs Tibor came free, but Dino Di Luca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niccolo Zaniolo struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Foot Ball Club di Roma. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Biagio Scoca in the 22nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Biagio Scoca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Foot Ball Club di Roma's supporters rose to their feet, but Biagio Scoca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Niccolo Zaniolo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Foot Ball Club di Roma's supporters rose to their feet, but Niccolo Zaniolo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hegedus Henrik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Dino Di Luca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Foot Ball Club di Roma's Dino Di Luca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 36th minute of play. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Major Barna scored 1-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dino Di Luca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

53 minutes into the game, Foot Ball Club di Roma's Niccolo Zaniolo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fodor Daniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Balazs Lajos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dino Di Luca. That made the score 2-2 in the 56 minute of play. After some careless play in the Foot Ball Club di Roma defense, Hegedus Henrik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dino Di Luca. The Foot Ball Club di Roma fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dino Di Luca should have stopped the shot. Foot Ball Club di Roma's Armando Ceresoli was substituted for Biagio Scoca. Foot Ball Club di Roma's Dino Di Luca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 73rd minute of play. Niccolo Zaniolo scored 3-4 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fodor Daniel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 78th minute, Foot Ball Club di Roma's Niccolo Zaniolo fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal. Fodor Daniel was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. Foot Ball Club di Roma's Dino Di Luca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Foot Ball Club di Roma from getting a goal against them. Foot Ball Club di Roma's Niccolo Zaniolo got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 92 minutes, Niccolo Zaniolo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Foot Ball Club di Roma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niccolo Zaniolo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Foot Ball Club di Roma booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szekeres Tamas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
