Forest's Lorenzo Kellogg got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 7 minutes into the match, Lorenzo Kellogg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Giuseppe Barreto. Sosoco FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lorenzo Kellogg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Lorenzo Kellogg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Giuseppe Barreto having to make a save. Giuseppe Barreto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Kellogg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorenzo Kellogg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Giuseppe Barreto came out and tried to block the shot, but Lorenzo Kellogg slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 16th minute. With a little luck, Sosoco FC's Giuseppe Barreto got control of the ball when Lorenzo Kellogg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lorenzo Kellogg might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Giuseppe Barreto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lorenzo Kellogg ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lorenzo Kellogg got free with Giuseppe Barreto in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Lorenzo Kellogg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 23rd minute Lorenzo Kellogg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giuseppe Barreto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giuseppe Barreto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lorenzo Kellogg in the 26th minute. Lorenzo Kellogg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Giuseppe Barreto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lorenzo Kellogg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Giuseppe Barreto made a huge save. Sosoco FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Dündar Aymaz scored to the left of an out of position Giuseppe Barreto, making the score, 3-0. A collision led to Forest getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Adrianinho Massa hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Kellogg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Giuseppe Barreto. Lorenzo Kellogg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lorenzo Kellogg made a kick off. In the 61st minute Lorenzo Kellogg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giuseppe Barreto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Lorenzo Kellogg came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Forest fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lorenzo Kellogg couldn't finish the play. If Lorenzo Kellogg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Geovanni Soeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. A collision led to Sosoco FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Geovanni Soeiro hit a great ball. Didi Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeferson Toledo having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Lorenzo Kellogg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Forest fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. If Lorenzo Kellogg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Kellogg in the 87th minute of play forced Sosoco FC's goalkeeper Giuseppe Barreto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giuseppe Barreto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lorenzo Kellogg went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Sosoco FC's Giuseppe Barreto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Kellogg in the 92nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Sosoco FC defense, Lorenzo Kellogg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Giuseppe Barreto. The Sosoco FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Giuseppe Barreto should have stopped the shot.
