Moisés Arruda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Bento, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Witalis Brysz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Poetass FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Witalis Brysz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vivaldo Belém made a kick off. VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Poetass FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bertus Guine took the corner. In the 55th minute Zeng Xu Yuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Pedroso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moisés Arruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerónimo Leiria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Poetass FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bertus Guine was slow to take the kick. During this time VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Poetass FC's goalie and right to Jerónimo Leiria. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Poetass FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal.
