Angel Neto came out of the goal and Pietro Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 12 minutes into the match, Pietro Santos notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Beto Martini MZ 20 years's Angel Neto. Angel Neto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Emre Çeliksu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Beto Martini MZ 20 years booed when FALCÕES VERDES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. With an all-out effort, Beto Martini MZ 20 years's Thomás Fernandes threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Amancio Mitxel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Angel Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pietro Santos in the 41st minute of the match. FALCÕES VERDES's Pietro Santos got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pietro Santos to make the kick off.
