Carlos Germano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Cats and dogs's Tony Jérémie got a free kick in the 8th minute. After 10 played minutes Cats and dogs got a freekick which was hit by Christophe Montaigne. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustaquio Jaizki in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gaétan Toullec prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pedro Rojelio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gaétan Toullec firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 19 played minutes Club Atlético Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Artaldo. Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kader Miguet in the 20th minute of play. When Cats and dogs's Kader Miguet in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Atlético Atlanta's goalie prevented a goal. Carlos Germano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kader Miguet, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Edgard Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaétan Toullec having to interfere. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christophe Montaigne in the 32nd minute of the match. Carlos Germano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kader Miguet in the 33rd minute of play. A collision led to Club Atlético Atlanta getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Pedro Rojelio hit a great ball. 37 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Kader Miguet came free, but Carlos Germano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Germano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christophe Montaigne in the 38th minute of play. Gaétan Toullec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Jaizki in the 39th minute of play. Tony Jérémie kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Kader Miguet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Germano having to interfere. In the 47th minute of the game Abel Iban made a throw-in which Pedro Rojelio played forward. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christophe Montaigne was the one to do the kick off. Carlos Germano came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Cats and dogs's Kader Miguet. But to his dismay, Kader Miguet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Kader Miguet kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Carlos Germano. That made the score 0-3 in the 62 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Jérémie in the 68th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teobaldo Milian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Gaétan Toullec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th match minute, Cats and dogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tony Jérémie to maneuver through the defense. When Pedro Rojelio came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Club Atlético Atlanta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Rojelio couldn't finish the play. In the 76th minute, Cats and dogs's Kader Miguet dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. After 79 minutes, Abel Iban mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético Atlanta and the Cats and dogs players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carlos Germano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kader Miguet's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Cats and dogs's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Jaizki came free, but Gaétan Toullec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Eustaquio Jaizki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Kader Miguet came free, but Carlos Germano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Christophe Montaigne managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cats and dogs's supporters rose to their feet, but Christophe Montaigne was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Germano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cats and dogs had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
