The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 19th minute of the game. One of Deportivo Pomelo Nenene:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Degerfors IF:s goal. Eugenio Nesto had in the 21stth minute some difficulties stopping Leonard Christoffersson's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball In the 21st minute, Leonard Christoffersson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugenio Nesto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A collision led to Deportivo Pomelo Nenene getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Fabricio Inocente hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Paşa in the 32nd minute of play forced Degerfors IF's goalkeeper Sebastian Sandberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Degerfors IF's Sebastian Sandberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Lopez in the 34th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Ahmet Paşa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Pomelo Nenene fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arturo Lopez made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Leonard Christoffersson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eugenio Nesto was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Henrik Nordlund kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. 98 minutes into the match, Degerfors IF's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Victoro came free, but Sebastian Sandberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
