Pipon Pipon's Stewart Kerns nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Severino Rojelio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A collision led to C. A. Pipon Pipon getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Colby Wheeler hit a great ball. Severino Rojelio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kelly Hopson went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Club Atlético Atlanta defense, Shayne Looney kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severino Rojelio. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severino Rojelio should have stopped the shot. Landon Vogt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Rojelio having to interfere. Landon Vogt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Severino Rojelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stewart Kerns in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half C. A. Pipon Pipon were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

C. A. Pipon Pipon made a substitution. Marcos Sewell replaced Bronson Mackey. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Melquiades Salvatore to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Club Atlético Atlanta's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kelly Hopson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Shayne Looney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Stewart Kerns came free, but Severino Rojelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Atlanta's zone, Landon Vogt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severino Rojelio came out of the goal and Landon Vogt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Severino Rojelio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stewart Kerns in the 67th minute of play. Kelly Hopson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Severino Rojelio made a huge save. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Landon Vogt got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kelly Hopson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Severino Rojelio made a huge save. 75 minutes into the game, C. A. Pipon Pipon's Kelly Hopson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Severino Rojelio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Severino Rojelio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jerold Floyd. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Marcos Sewell got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Landon Vogt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over C. A. Pipon Pipon could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Club Atlético Atlanta throughout the match.
