FC Caspiy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Klim Muravev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Durval Secco was a little too slow when Filipp Debabov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 2-1. 38 minutes into the game, Alfa FC's Joélson Rodrigues nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Martyn Baiseitov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Arseniy Kuramagomedov hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The shot was stopped by Martyn Baiseitov but with some difficulty. FC Caspiy were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
