The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tanio QuilodrĂ¡n sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrey Iskrov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Guntademaro Portillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC Caspiy's zone, Alcadio Rast stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martyn Baiseitov came out of the goal and Alcadio Rast tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute, Bairon Galarce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Martyn Baiseitov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alcadio Rast in the 37th minute of the match. Alcadio Rast's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Martyn Baiseitov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filipp Debabov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fausto Mendizabal might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Martyn Baiseitov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fausto Mendizabal ran back to his position shaking his head. Arkhip Repin's late challenge caught a Barrabases de Victoria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arkhip Repin helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 played minutes FC Caspiy got a freekick which was hit by Arkhip Repin. After a rather tough play, Barrabases de Victoria's AmĂ©rico Dragicevic got a free kick in the 58th minute. Guntademaro Portillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filipp Debabov in the 59th minute of the match. Andrey Iskrov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guntademaro Portillo having to interfere. When Barrabases de Victoria's Fausto Mendizabal in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Caspiy's goalie prevented a goal. In the 72nd match minute, FC Caspiy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viktor Kitaev to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute of the match, Fausto Mendizabal got a very nice opportunity to score, but Martyn Baiseitov was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alcadio Rast got free with Martyn Baiseitov in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to FC Caspiy getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Konstantin Yakin hit a great ball. In the 77th minute of the match Alcadio Rast sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Martyn Baiseitov skillfully saved the ball. In the 79th minute, Alcadio Rast made a precise shot to the right of Martyn Baiseitov. FC Caspiy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Martyn Baiseitov came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Barrabases de Victoria's Claudio Agnese. But to his dismay, Claudio Agnese quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Barrabases de Victoria made a substitution. Teodor Alfaro replaced Tanio QuilodrĂ¡n. Viktor Kitaev got his second yellow card in the match during the 93rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Caspiy fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 93rd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Barrabases de Victoria a penalty, 96 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rafa Octavio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Caspiy's Martyn Baiseitov. 1-3. The FC Caspiy supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Barrabases de Victoria's performance. The match ended with a win for Barrabases de Victoria.
