The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Octavio Parro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barrabases de Victoria's Guntademaro Portillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Cesaro in the 8th minute of play. Barrabases de Victoria's Fausto Mendizabal got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alcadio Rast in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Eguerdi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alcadio Rast's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernando Eguerdi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. If Leonel Mel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the match, Alcadio Rast had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernando Eguerdi. Juguemos con el 5's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alcadio Rast was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 36th minute, José Carlos Delgado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Alcadio Rast managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrabases de Victoria's supporters rose to their feet, but Alcadio Rast was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernando Eguerdi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Tanio Quilodrán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barrabases de Victoria's Guntademaro Portillo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Barrabases de Victoria from getting a goal against them. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Camilo Abar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nereo Urmeneta's late challenge caught a Juguemos con el 5's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nereo Urmeneta helped the player get up and apologised. Nereo Urmeneta hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Guntademaro Portillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Ler in the 52nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudio Agnese got free with Fernando Eguerdi in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tanio Quilodrán kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Juguemos con el 5's Fabian Mateus got a free kick in the 63rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Juguemos con el 5's zone, Fausto Mendizabal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Eguerdi came out of the goal and Fausto Mendizabal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Américo Dragicevic kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Barrabases de Victoria's Nazario Hagedorn was substituted for Fausto Mendizabal. Camilo Abar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabian Mateus was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 77 played minutes Juguemos con el 5 got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Mateus. 78 minutes into the match, Juguemos con el 5's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Agnese came free, but Fernando Eguerdi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafa Octavio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Fernando Eguerdi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Juguemos con el 5's Adan Obeko got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Barrabases de Victoria made a substitution. Ariano Soffia replaced Claudio Agnese. The supporters of Barrabases de Victoria booed when Juguemos con el 5 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adan Obeko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute of the match, Nazario Hagedorn tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fernando Eguerdi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Leonel Mel hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Juguemos con el 5's Fernando Eguerdi got control of the ball when Teodor Alfaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Juguemos con el 5 getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Adan Obeko hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the game, Barrabases de Victoria's Teodor Alfaro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fernando Eguerdi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Although Juguemos con el 5 had been in control for most of the match, Barrabases de Victoria still came away with the win.
