The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Célio Valle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors's Dalmo Ramos got a free kick in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roben Petralanda in the 8th minute of play forced Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goalkeeper Charles Sarmento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roben Petralanda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Charles Sarmento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors's José Maria Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Falcão Marques in the 11th minute of play. After 14 played minutes Rondinone F.C - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Chicão Matos. When MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors's Roben Petralanda in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 22nd minute of the match, Roben Petralanda tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Charles Sarmento saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Luís Alagoano lost his temper 24 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors! In the 28th minute, Adalberto Vianna made a precise shot to the right of José Maria Carvalho. MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Falcão Marques recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gil dos Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Alexandre De Moraes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Charles Sarmento made a huge save. Chicão Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Célio Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Charles Sarmento came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors's Alexandre De Moraes. But to his dismay, Alexandre De Moraes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gil dos Santos to make the kick off. MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors's José Maria Carvalho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors from getting a goal against them. 57 minutes into the match, MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors's goal looked a bit too open when Adalberto Vianna came free, but José Maria Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Maria Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gil dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, Gil dos Santos notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors's José Maria Carvalho. José Maria Carvalho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors made a substitution. Armandinho Sá replaced Roben Petralanda. José Maria Carvalho made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Kléberson de Amaral sent off a good shot on target. After 68 played minutes MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors got a freekick which was hit by Luli Ladron. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Kléberson de Amaral got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 70th play minute Falcão Marques came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised José Maria Carvalho. 1-5. In the 73rd match minute, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adalberto Vianna to maneuver through the defense. Charles Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armandinho Sá in the 74th minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Dalmo Ramos heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The audience thought a goal was coming when Falcão Marques got free with José Maria Carvalho in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 86th minute, one of Rondinone F.C - FDFDF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rondinone F.C - FDFDF. Armandinho Sá took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Charles Sarmento. Charles Sarmento dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. José Maria Carvalho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Falcão Marques in the 94th minute. In the 97th minute Armandinho Sá shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Sarmento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Charles Sarmento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armandinho Sá in the 98th minute of play.
