Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mickey Thompson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kurt Lobb in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tommy Kahn, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Malte Schiele hit a great ball. Marcus Walton hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Mickey Thompson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. Tommy Kahn had great luck who in the 14thth minute grab hold of the ball when Manu Louke from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the game, Bristol Bombardiers FC's Kurt Lobb nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. With his leg Tommy Kahn managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Bristol Bombardiers FC's Kurt Lobb fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Bristol Bombardiers FC booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Schiele didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Bristol Bombardiers FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Marcus Walton hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Bristol Bombardiers FC's Manu Louke slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tommy Kahn. That made the score 4-0 after 32 minutes of play. Mickey Thompson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 38th minute of the match. Frank Sachs hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Germany's Albin Holweck got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The wind increased when Frank Sachs made the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Marcus Walton in the 52nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Germany's Janik Vogt. Bristol Bombardiers FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Frank Sachs scored to the left of an out of position Mickey Thompson, making the score, 5-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kurt Lobb in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Germany's Janik Vogt quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Keanu Quantrill, made in the 57th minute of the game. A collision led to Bristol Bombardiers FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Kurt Lobb hit a great ball. When Bristol Bombardiers FC's Kurt Lobb in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Germany's Sven Krakouer got a free kick in the 68th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Manu Louke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bristol Bombardiers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Manu Louke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mickey Thompson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Mickey Thompson in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Kurt Lobb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Bristol Bombardiers FC's Kurt Lobb. But to his dismay, Kurt Lobb quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. After 88 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Frank Sachs. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kurt Lobb in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Lobb in the 94th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bristol Bombardiers FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
