Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Antônio Santos made the kick off and thus started the match. 4 minutes into the match, Portugal's Felipe Barreto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Vítor Arósio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Xande Chaves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Xande Chaves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antônio Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Amorim having to interfere. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulysses Valle, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute of the match ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ got a corner. Portugal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Xande Chaves ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Fabricio Andrade got a free kick in the 17th minute. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Felipe Barreto sped through ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of João Vítor Arósio. Ove Ahlström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Wilson Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antônio Santos might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antônio Santos ran back to his position shaking his head. Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. 31 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Miranda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Portugal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ the free kick. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Rodolfo Miranda hit a great ball. After having played for 32 minutes, Antônio Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Antônio Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Antônio Santos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Antônio Santos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s João Vítor Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 44th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Antônio Santos took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Wilson Amorim to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viriato Moura stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Felipe Barreto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. João Vítor Arósio was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Antônio Santos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. A collision led to ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Antônio Santos hit a great ball. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ made a substitution. Ging Root replaced Xande Chaves. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ made a substitution. Arthur Guedes replaced Antônio Santos. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. Antônio Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. João Vítor Arósio was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Felipinho Amorim capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Felipinho Amorim really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3. Bartolomeu Dias took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Vítor Arósio. João Vítor Arósio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4. When Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 80thth minute of the game Bartolomeu Dias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s João Vítor Arósio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 82nd minute Arthur Guedes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arthur Guedes in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilson Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Bruno Bastos hit a great ball. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Paulo Viana in the 93rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Portugal's Daniel Pimentel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of João Vítor Arósio. That made the score 3-5 after 95 minutes of play. Pan De Wen's late challenge caught a Portugal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pan De Wen helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Pan De Wen got a free kick in the 97th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Portugal walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
