With a little luck, Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub got control of the ball when Mugur Ivasiuc tried to sneak it across the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Nicodim Iancu notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dalimil Charvat kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Rapiduletzu's Mugur Ivasiuc sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vavrinec Holub narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 20th minute, Czech Republic's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cristian Răchiteanu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Leontin Rednic scored 3-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vavrinec Holub, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th minute, Leontin Rednic left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rapiduletzu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Vavrinec Holub was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Mugur Ivasiuc capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mugur Ivasiuc really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leontin Rednic, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 36th minute, Leontin Rednic reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vavrinec Holub. The goal made the score 6-0. Rapiduletzu's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mugur Ivasiuc in the 40th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bohumir Kohout during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 43 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Bohumir Kohout. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olimpiu Giuverdea in the 44th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Rapiduletzu's goal looked a bit too open when Alan Rezek came free, but Flavius Pușcașu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leontin Rednic stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Kvetoslav Janku. 52 minutes into the match, Rapiduletzu's Mugur Ivasiuc sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vavrinec Holub narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicodim Iancu in the 53rd minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the game, Rapiduletzu's Olimpiu Giuverdea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vavrinec Holub made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. The corner led Rapiduletzu's Olimpiu Giuverdea to a score. 8-0 in the 62nd minute. Vavrinec Holub didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leontin Rednic went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leontin Rednic in the 68th minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Mugur Ivasiuc ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vavrinec Holub was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. After 81 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Bohumir Kohout. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Rusil during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Rapiduletzu booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Rusil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Răchiteanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leontin Rednic in the 89th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Mugur Ivasiuc came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leontin Rednic in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vavrinec Holub prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that Rapiduletzu were the better team. Rapiduletzu's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
