Ruslan Tikhonov made a great header on Alexandrie CF's corner, it was just that Germany's Tommy Kahn managed to reach the ball for a save. The supporters of Alexandrie CF booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Schiele didn't get a good kick on the ball. Francisco Conceicão received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. The shot was a little too simple and Tommy Kahn could save by the left post. 39 minutes in the game, Francisco Conceicão fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The supporters of Alexandrie CF booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Mergenthaler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexandrie CF's Francisco Conceicão got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. But to his dismay, Eduardo Cossa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Alexandrie CF made a substitution. Sérgio Oliveira replaced Silvestre Perrando. A collision led to Alexandrie CF getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Tomás Esteves hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Mateus Uribe put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tommy Kahn. Alexandrie CF's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
