Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Denmark's Chris Nygaard started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jaakoppi Fahlgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Normando Palencia could shoot a difficult shot in the 9th minute, which Keld Paulsen however easily saved by the left post. Rafael Aguilo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chris Nygaard's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute, Normando Palencia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Keld Paulsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 19th minute, Jaakoppi Fahlgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laffitte Sanes in the 20th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 played minutes AC Guadalajara got a freekick which was hit by César Millán. Normando Palencia in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Keld Paulsen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 36th minute, Normando Palencia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC Guadalajara fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Normando Palencia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Keld Paulsen made a huge save. Mathias Ludvigsen kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Anacleto Pais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laffitte Sanes to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Normando Palencia came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Lars Steen hit a great ball. In the 52nd minute Laffitte Sanes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bertram Svenningsen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Rafael Aguilo made a huge save. After some careless play in the Denmark defense, Laffitte Sanes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Keld Paulsen. The Denmark fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keld Paulsen should have stopped the shot. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laffitte Sanes, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 64th minute of the game Evarado Taules made a throw-in which Kaiet Checa played forward. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laffitte Sanes in the 66th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Laffitte Sanes came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by César Millán in the 70th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Denmark's Olav Graversen. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaakoppi Fahlgren in the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th minute of the match Jaakoppi Fahlgren sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Keld Paulsen skillfully saved the ball. Normando Palencia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. AC Guadalajara's Rafael Aguilo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save AC Guadalajara from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Jaakoppi Fahlgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Guadalajara's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaakoppi Fahlgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keld Paulsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bertram Svenningsen in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Aguilo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A throw-in in the 94th minute of the game was made by César Millán with Normando Palencia as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AC Guadalajara fans cheered their team off the field, for while Denmark had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
