Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Felix Albeanu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Borjan Golubovic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Constantin Ţăranu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Serbia's Cvijetin Nanusevski seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Cvijetin Nanusevski the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Serbia protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cvijetin Nanusevski had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 8 played minutes Serbia got a freekick which was hit by Cvijetin Nanusevski. Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugur Beșleaga in the 11th minute of play. In the 16th minute Felix Albeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zvezdan Nedeljkovic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th match minute, Serbia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jovan Borisov to maneuver through the defense. Mugur Beșleaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Serbia's Borjan Golubovic got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Serbia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Felix Albeanu 28 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. After 39 minutes, Momir Gisic mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Serbia and the C.I.L. SIGHET -MM- players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Serbia's Momir Gisic got a free kick in the 39th minute. Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Albeanu in the 42nd minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Drasko Rajkovic was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute of the match Serbia got a corner. C.I.L. SIGHET -MM-'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sreten Popovic ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Avram Danciu in the 58th minute of play forced Serbia's goalkeeper Zvezdan Nedeljkovic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Borjan Golubovic kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Albeanu in the 62nd minute of play forced Serbia's goalkeeper Zvezdan Nedeljkovic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the game, Felix Albeanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A throw-in in the 70th minute of the game was made by Valeriu Fundătoreanu with Felix Albeanu as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Albeanu in the 74th minute of play. Miljan Gavrilovic hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Constantin Ţăranu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Drasko Rajkovic, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Serbia getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Momir Gisic hit a great ball. In the 91st minute of the match Emanuel Cristache shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zvezdan Nedeljkovic showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the C.I.L. SIGHET -MM- players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
