Ilija Skugor was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Aratz Rico. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Ilija Skugor successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ilija Skugor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joakim Lindholm went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucjan Penkalski in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joakim Lindholm. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iulian Glodeanu in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Joakim Lindholm dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ilija Skugor, 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martin Batalla was the one to do the kick off. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Batalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Lucjan Penkalski took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. 8-0 became the score in the 55th minute when Curran Hughes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ilija Skugor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucjan Penkalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute Joakim Lindholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilija Skugor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Martin Batalla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Ilija Skugor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ilija Skugor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucjan Penkalski in the 69th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucjan Penkalski in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ilija Skugor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ilija Skugor came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Meliana's Joakim Lindholm. But to his dismay, Joakim Lindholm quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. In the 74th minute, Lucjan Penkalski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Meliana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Curran Hughes in the 77th minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joakim Lindholm scored 13-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ilija Skugor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nesto Camara, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Ilija Skugor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucjan Penkalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But to his dismay, Martin Batalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 15-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Meliana fully deserved thier win.
