An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 12th minute of play forced Bezek's goalkeeper Asso Kullamaa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Asso Kullamaa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 14th minute of play. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Asso Kullamaa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 38th minute of play. Mieszko Duda hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Asso Kullamaa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Balazs Lajos, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Asso Kullamaa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hegedus Henrik in the 45th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Borsos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute of the match Bezek got a corner. In the 67th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Takacs Tibor to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Daniel Borsos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Bezek's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Asso Kullamaa came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Takacs Tibor kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Borsos came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
