Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bobbo Viking took the kick off in the first half of the match. Keld Paulsen was a little too slow when Tord Alberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 1-0. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Bjarne Kirkegaard got a free kick in the 11th minute. Stewart Tongs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Vänersborg SC's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Stewart Tongs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mathias Ludvigsen kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johannes Kihlman got free with Keld Paulsen in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stewart Tongs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Steen in the 27th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Nygaard in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stewart Tongs prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Vänersborg SC's Tord Alberg. But to his dismay, Tord Alberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. If Bobbo Viking had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Bobbo Viking put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Keld Paulsen. The supporters of Denmark booed when Vänersborg SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bobbo Viking didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Vänersborg SC defense, Chris Nygaard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stewart Tongs. The Vänersborg SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stewart Tongs should have stopped the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chris Nygaard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute Bobbo Viking shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 52nd minute Vänersborg SC were awarded a corner. Canor Sans went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Canor Sans got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Keld Paulsen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Canor Sans made in the 56th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Johannes Kihlman. After a rather tough play, Vänersborg SC's Magne Drewitz got a free kick in the 58th minute. Bobbo Viking struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Keld Paulsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vänersborg SC. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bobbo Viking in the 70th minute of the match. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bobbo Viking in the 71st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bobbo Viking in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Keld Paulsen saved Denmark from getting behind. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Vänersborg SC's Örjan Magnusson. But to his dismay, Örjan Magnusson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. When Vänersborg SC's Örjan Magnusson in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Denmark's goalie prevented a goal. Chris Nygaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stewart Tongs having to interfere. With his leg Stewart Tongs managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Denmark's Chris Nygaard fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mathias Ludvigsen kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bobbo Viking in the 88th minute of the match. Vänersborg SC's Bobbo Viking got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Vänersborg SC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Denmark had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
