Vavrinec Holub was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kalman Salminen didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 4-0 via right post in the game's 44th minute. Manchester United's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Vavrinec Holub was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There was no doubt that Manchester United were the better team. Manchester United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
