With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olov Johnsson in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Józef Wandzik saved Cosmos 1984 NewDance from getting behind. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Olov Johnsson sped through Cosmos 1984 NewDance's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Józef Wandzik. Carl-Chester Vallgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Przemyslaw Przybylo in the 7th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Przemyslaw Przybylo in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carl-Chester Vallgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 9th minute of the game Kryspin Sala made a throw-in which Milosz Ikalewicz played forward. 10 minutes into the match, VBL Stockholm's goalkeeper Carl-Chester Vallgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Przemyslaw Przybylo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tymoteusz Rakowski in the 12th minute of play forced VBL Stockholm's goalkeeper Carl-Chester Vallgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Cosmos 1984 NewDance defense, Olov Johnsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Józef Wandzik. The Cosmos 1984 NewDance fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Józef Wandzik should have stopped the shot. 25 minutes into the game, Tymoteusz Rakowski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carl-Chester Vallgren. Tymoteusz Rakowski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. Olov Johnsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Józef Wandzik read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. VBL Stockholm's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Przemyslaw Przybylo scored to the left of an out of position Carl-Chester Vallgren, making the score, 4-2. 39 minutes into the match, Tymoteusz Rakowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carl-Chester Vallgren. VBL Stockholm's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tymoteusz Rakowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. Kryspin Sala made in the 44th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Milosz Ikalewicz. When Olov Johnsson came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the VBL Stockholm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olov Johnsson couldn't finish the play. Carl-Chester Vallgren made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Przemyslaw Przybylo sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-2 at half-time.

Olov Johnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Olov Johnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute Milosz Ikalewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl-Chester Vallgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. VBL Stockholm's Carl-Chester Vallgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Przemyslaw Przybylo in the 64th minute of play. Carl-Chester Vallgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Przemyslaw Przybylo in the 68th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the game, Kryspin Sala was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cosmos 1984 NewDance's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VBL Stockholm the free kick. After 76 played minutes Cosmos 1984 NewDance got a freekick which was hit by Kryspin Sala. 78 minutes into the match, VBL Stockholm's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Pietras came free, but Carl-Chester Vallgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. VBL Stockholm's Olov Johnsson got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Cosmos 1984 NewDance's Radoslaw Starogardzki got a free kick in the 85th minute. A collision led to VBL Stockholm getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Olof Biörk hit a great ball. A sloppy throw-in by Kryspin Sala in the 93rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by VBL Stockholm's Olof Biörk. Jan Pietras hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Cosmos 1984 NewDance walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
